wiwalo35, as I cannot read French I just right click on my mouse on this page and ask to translate to English, easy.
To update my problem I have just for the second time removed all programs on my computer (not just Heredis)and taken it back to the original state it was purchased. This causes me a lot of pain as I have to reload all programs including e mail (loosing all my previous messages).
Then I have reloaded 2021 and 2022. 2021 has all the words on the 16 buttons whilst 2022 still has the 16 buttons without words, just blank.
No need for a screen shot, just look at all your buttons and imagine all 16 blank, no words on these buttons Personal Data, Family Group Data, Immediate Family, XXL Family, Ancestors, Descendants, Add Father, Add Mother, Add a spouse, Add a child, Search Wizard, Smart Search, Find Replace, Family Search.
So I can only guess the 2022 program has a problem and needs to be updated. There can not be any other reason.
This reported problem has been going on for a month now with Heredis coming to me with many solutions that will not fix the problem like change the colours, change my security, do this do that.
It is very hard to change from one screen to another when you have to guess which button to push when they are all blank.
So do I just put it down to experience and find another genealogy program, or just guess which button to push when changing screens.
Such is life, but very frustrating when you spend so much time fixing a problem caused by the 2022.
